Working with a personal trainer or a coach does not mean that you don’t know what you’re doing-even the best of the best have a coach. A coach's job is to help keep you accountable and working to the fullest extent of your potential. Life is busy, life is hard, and sometimes life is discouraging. The idea behind working with someone is to have an objective eye when you feel you aren’t progressing and to learn tools to continue excelling towards your goals!
We will work with macronutrient based nutrition protocols so you are able to learn the purpose and skill to design your own meal plans & diet while incorporating foods you enjoy
We will work on strength and functional training in order to help you build muscle and get stronger
We will work on discipline and accountability that will carry over outside the gym as well
If you’re here, you’ve already begun to make moves towards an even stronger and confident version of you. In order to do this, you have to make a commitment to yourself to do what it takes and put in work to meet your goals.
