My mantra, my life motto, my statement was inked into my skin in college: it reads “COURAGE over FEAR” as a reminder to strive every day for my best despite pitfalls that may come. I believe we should let fear fuel us to be our most courageous selves. I also know that no one is inherently fearless-fearlessness is something we learn through downfalls, failures, and tough times: all of which only make us stronger.
FearlessFitness was designed on the basis of living a life free of fear; by following your dreams no matter what stands in your way. You are strong enough to do anything you set your mind and heart to, so don't let anything hold you back!

WHO AM I?
Hi, I'm Holly!
I became a personal trainer and a coach because I get it - I used to be scared of going in to the weight room or doing a new exercise out of fear of judgement. I used to be afraid to do anything out of routine because I was afraid of failing in front of others. I used to think the only way to meet my goals was to eat a very strict meal plan devoid of foods I enjoy.
My journey has not always been smooth sailing, but that's the reason I am here today. My goal is to teach and assist you in reaching all those dreams that may seem out of reach!

I started training with Holly in September 2019 and had planned to schedule a couple months of sessions to "get back into" weight lifting, but after just a few weeks of working with Holly, I was so inspired. The tough part of a fitness regime for me is the nutrition part and now that I've decided to work with Holly on that component too, I remain inspired. Holly's mindset is something to aspire to. She does not encourage fad diets or unsustainable eating habits and does not allow her clients to punish themselves for their food choices. I'm a work in progress in this area, but truly believe that 2020 is going to bring great things when it comes to my own fitness goals!
